« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« The hotel is very clean and well run. The only thing that I would change is being able to park on property. The garage was full so I had to park in a lot away from the hotel. Besides that the stay was excellent. I will stay there again. »

« Absolutely beautiful property with great amenities...perfect for a 10 day stay, with everything you need to be self-sustained. Excellent dining choices very close like the Red Cow and the Canadian Honker restaurants...St Mary's Mayo is directly across the street with an active Shuttle to the other Mayo locations. « Friendly staff and clean suite »

« Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. That made all the difference for us since we were commuting to/from Mayo Clinic. The free breakfast was decent, but lacked variety, wearing thin during our 1 week stay. Trash was not emptied nearly often enough from the small bins near the elevators. Also the outlets seemed to be nonstandard. It was hard to get a standard hair dryer to stay plugged in due to this issue. Parking onsite was OK, buy maneuvering in the tight spaces was dicey at times. It...

« The staff were nice and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. Housecleaning is advertised as being included, however it is by request only. Requests for what you want done in your room (i.e. trash can emptied, bed made, bathroom cleaned) must be checked and turned in before 8 am for the room to be serviced. The onsite restaurant looked nice but it is only open for lunch and dinner. The workout room was nice for the type of hotel. I would not return because I found the beds and pillows very...

« The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street. »

« You could live with the tired property but the beds felt like there were springs coming out of them and the pillows and sheets were terrible. Needless to say both my husband and I had a horrible night sleep. The location is great. It’s an old hotel that needs renovating badly. I would stay there again if they got new beds and bedding »
