« I stayed here with my 11 year old twins. The hosts were so accommodating and even provided a twin mattress for us. They also gave us great restaurant suggestions which really helped since there really is nothing close by. Having coffee and a few snacks was also a very nice touch. Loved the screen porch and play area too. We will be back again. »

« The deck overlooking the creek and spillway added so much enjoyment! It made for a beautiful way to start and end the day. Our kids enjoyed fishing, finding crayfish and clambering around the rocks in the creek. We all liked the modern farmhouse feel and style of the interior of the house. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom fans were helpful as it was a hot weekend. Checkout and check-in were easy. We loved our time here! »

« What a great property that met all of our needs. Great location to the state park for hiking. Easy drive to Pinnacle for a wedding and to Mt Airy to site see. House was clean, clear communication with the owner, and great spot to enjoy your cup of coffee in the country. »

« Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Super clean and very well maintained. I stayed for a week while visiting family in the area and will definitely be booking it again next time. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area or just wanting a peaceful getaway. »

« Great place to stay. Close to everything we wanted to do but worth the drive to enjoy not being in the city or a hotel. My 2 children loved the games, toys, and bunk beds. Master bedroom very comfortable and we didn’t know we were such fans of Jetbed. Lots of entertainment inside and outside the home. Just sitting on the front porch away from it all was the best part. Surprisingly enough Walmart delivered as well as DoorDash, so not as rural as you’d think. Great stay. »

« The place is new, well equipped, super clean and beautiful. It set in the woods but relatively close to everything. We had a hard time finding it but the manager was great and with a little help we found our way. The communication was awesome and very helpful. It a great place to relax at the house or use as a landing place to take trips. We will definitely be back! »

« We had such a good time at this property. We went up for Thanksgiving and had lots of family time with our family that lives in Ararat! Beautiful views and so close to the BRP. »
