The O Residence is located on Avenida del Mar, facing the Mazatlán Malecón (boardwalk), in a prime area that combines beach life, dining, and entertainment. From here, you can enjoy seaside walks and stay close to restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, and attractions such as the Grand Aquarium and Teodoro Mariscal Stadium. Additionally, the `Zona Dorada` (Golden Zone) is just minutes away, making it easy to enjoy both the peaceful seaside atmosphere and the vibrant tourist scene of Mazatlán.

Thanks to its location facing the Malecón, The O Residence by GPS offers easy access to different parts of Mazatlán. You can walk along the Malecón and enjoy the beach, while for longer distances, you can use Uber, taxis, *pulmonías*, or *aurigas*. Public transportation is available, as well as the option to rent a car if you wish to explore the city at your own pace.

`Pulmonías` (open-air taxis) are a very traditional way to tour the Malecón and Mazatlán`s main tourist areas.

Dear guest, please note that once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a pre-registration link. You will be asked to provide a photo of your ID and a selfie, register the names of all guests staying at the property, and—as a final step—digitally sign the house rules. This is a crucial process that ensures a secure stay; the registration must be completed before your arrival in order to receive access instructions.
