Cool little town next to the sea in Mexico. Very chilled out, not over touristy at all. Great sea life and beach (and we are not beach people!) Lots of dolphins and jumping sea rays on our boat trip.
Offering just as spectacular a sunset view as the more popular Punta Cometa, this overlook is more easily reached. The trail starts at the top of the hill on the road to Mermejita. Take a left towards Punta Cometa and then a right at the sign for Punta Pescador. #sunset #nature #Oaxaca #mazunte
If you want to get away from people, there is this little bay in Mazunte. To get there you just have to hike to Punta Cometa, but take a detour and you'll end up here.

This hotel is incredible. The views are spectacular and it truly looks and feels like paradise. The room was very clean, quite, and comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious. The staff are so nice and extremely helpful. We loved our experience and can't wait to go back.

Hi, unfortunately we got a room (Zen 4) that smelled awful as there was mold in the bathroom. I actually think we might have risked our health. I don't think they should rent this room. In addition it was next to construction site of two new rooms, which did not make the stay nicer.
