    Designed for easy mountain getaways, this condo combines a comfortable cabin feel with convenient access to the lake, trails, and golf course.



    The main level features an open living area with cozy seating, a gas fireplace with stone surround, and a flatscreen TV for relaxing evenings after a day outdoors. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, seating for two at the island, and a dining table with seating for six plus additional chairs for gathering together at meals.



    Sliding doors from the living room lead to a small fenced backyard patio with outdoor seating, creating a quiet outdoor space to enjoy during warmer months.



    Upstairs, the primary suite includes a queen bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Nearby, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and small walk-in closet, while the bunk room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin trundle and a large walk-in closet. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a washer and dryer are also located upstairs.

    Complementary with your stay we provide a starter set which includes: Dish soap, a sponge, 2 extra trash bags, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



    MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT NOTICE:

    Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty and wildlife that make these locations so special.

    The location here is simply outstanding. Ponderosa State Park's beloved hiking trails are just a quarter-mile up the road, and Davis Beach on Payette Lake is equally close for summer swimming and sunbathing. Golfers will love the half-mile stroll to the McCall Golf Club for a round among the pines, and when winter blankets the mountains in snow, Brundage Mountain is just 11 miles away for exceptional skiing and snowboarding.

Snow paradise

This property was a great location, and a perfect size for a family of six. We enjoyed skiing at both Brundage and Tamarak, and this condo is close enough to downtown for easy access to food and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect/quiet location

Loved the location and how quiet the neighborhood was during our stay. The property had everything we could need, including the small grill on back patio worked well for some burgers/hotdogs. Real close to Davis beach and minutes away from Ponderosa St Park. Loved it and would love to return to this exact property in McCall.

4th of July Vacation

We recently stayed with another family at this property. We liked that it was close to the main downtown area but still pulled back enough off the road to not have a ton of traffic. The property was clean upon arrival. Very comfortable for the 8 of us that were there. I’d recommend it for that size group and down.

Great location for our golf tournament and kids love being close to Pondereosa State Park.

This condo was roomy and fit two families comfortably (8 people). The location was great for the golfers and close to the state park with lots of bike trails. We also walked to the beach and to restaurants at the marina. The fire pit for the back patio was nice to have. They emailed me the day before and we were able to check in early which was an added bonus!
