« Magnifique suite avec 3 chambres et un canapé lit.
Le petit bémol concerne le canapé lit pour la première nuit nous n'avions pas de couette ni de seeviette supplémentaires alors que la reservation a été faite pour7 personnes.
Mais sinon l'hotel est tres bien situé pour les visites des Smoky mountains et la suite très confortable. »

The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party. »

« We didnt get to use the hot tub because it was always at capacity. The pool was nice, the hotel over all was very nice and accommodating. Beds are a tad bit firm, but manageable. Very nice breakfast spread in the mornings, and the coffee was quite tasty. 10 out 10 recommend. »

« Room (accessible) was nice and roomy. Floor was dirty, with food crumbs, napkins, and someone's lost charger. Nice having a kitchenette. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Ample parking and close to shopping, amusements, etc. Rate was fair. Staff fairly nonexistent, and generally didn't acknowledge you unless checking in/out or asking a question. Didn't use pool(outdoor) due to time of year. »

« Purchased an upgraded room. The room we were given was 2 queen beds. On the 2nd floor. When I went to the host desk. They explained all they had was the overflow. Which was at the end of the hotel with no view.
What it appeared to be the problem was they did not like a 2nd party booking. The hotel was not half full. But from the attitude we experienced was they don’t like booking through another travel agency. Just beware.
No refunds were offered and they explained we would need to contact...
