Buchen Sie das Mod Cottage im Boutique Retreat im historischen Zentrum von McMinnville.

The Mod Cottage is one of nine tiny-cottages that make up The Boutique Retreat - a new tiny house hotel in historic downtown McMinnville. The Mod Cottage is influenced by the clean lines, bright colors and minimal décor made famous by Frank Lloyd Wright and other modernist architects who became famous after World War II. The large windows, geometric shapes, connection to the outdoors and atomic starburst accents will bring back memories of the Jetsons. This cottage is 240 square feet and includes a luxurious queen size bed, kitchenette, and a carrara marble inspired walk-in shower in a spacious, modern bathroom. The Mod Cottage fronts 9th Street and includes a view of McMinnville's Grain Station Brewery and Flag & Wire Coffee Roasters, which are a 2-minute walk from the Retreat.
Book the Mod Cottage or check out one of our other unique cottages, including the Urban Loft, Ohana, Glam, Bohemian Bungalow ,Surf Shack, Farmhouse, Lodge or the Coastal Cottage. All cottages have heating, air conditioning, wifi, flat screen tv with soundbar, and kitchenette with coffee maker and retro refrigerator. Take the .4 mile (8 min) walk to historic 3rd Street where you will find shopping, wine tasting, restaurants and micro brews. Or, stay at the Retreat and enjoy the outdoor firepit and courtyard while conversing with friends and fellow travelers. McMinnville is conveniently located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country, just one hour from Portland and one hour from the beautiful Oregon Coast.
