Hôtel près de Meadowood North Park, Andover, Andover

« Hotel was fine. WiFi was an issue as it kept dropping the connection every hour or two. »

« Great experience »

« I felt sorry for the lady checking people in, she was the only one, There were at least 5 people in front of me, girls soccer parents checking in, so very busy. The lady was very frustrated, said she got to work and there was a whole new check in process on the computer that she didn’t know was going to happen. She had to figure it out on her own so took extra time. If they are having to deal with a new system there should be someone to train them or at least have more than 1 person checking...

« The hotel was modern, comfortable & friendly staff. Easy access to shopping & restaurants »

« Very clean and comfortable room. Liked the gym, used the treadmill twice. Breakfast sandwiches were tasty. Would stay again. »

« It was clean. I had an Amazing time! Thank you »

« The lobby was clean and bright. The phone was disconnected in the room…..” they haven’t worked for a year.” The advertised pool was closed for “daily maintenance “ but on inquiry it had been shut down for one month due to chlorine issues. That was a disappointment. »

« The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful. »
