« Wir haben die Villa Zara gebucht und einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Der beheizte Pool war großartig. Der Besitzer der Villa war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, er hat uns ausgezeichnete Restaurants empfohlen und gesagt, was wir besuchen sollten. Vielen Dank! »

« Ein sehr charmantes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr netter und bemĂŒhter Besitzer. Kleinigkeiten am Haus wurden sofort erledigt! Da könnten sich die Dienstleister aus Deutschland eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Sollte es uns in diese Gegend noch einmal hinziehen, dann gerne wieder. »

grundsĂ€tzlich sehr schönes Haus und nette Vermieter.Leider wird aktuell viel in der Umgebung gebaut. Bedeutet untertags (etwas) LĂ€rm und auch die Zufahrtstrasse ist etwas abenteuerlich. Zudem ist mittlerweile auch die Aussicht auf das Meer durch Neubauten eingeschrĂ€nkt.Ausstattung ist gut. Darf man bei dem Preis aber auch erwarten. Lage ist gut. Man ist sehr rasch an schönen StrĂ€nden in der Umgebung, in Pula oder im Naturschutzgebiet.Beheizung des Pools hat extra gekostet, was mir nicht...

« Lovely Villa with all you need. Very helpful property manager. It is in a residential area and we were told to keep the noise down at 10 pm whilst we were playing in the pool with no music. (The request in the written rules was quiet after 11pm) Not a problem but maybe we would choose somewhere more rural in future. Cash deposit required and lost part of this due to a small grate breaking in the pool.Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed our first holiday in Croatia. »
