Today, it remains a peaceful countryside environment where history meets nature, although the surroundings are now fully residential and natural rather than historical in appearance.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps `Trafi`, and `Žiogas` you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the `Bolt` and `CityBee` apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of center of Kaunas. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment.

Please note that the property is newly built and the outdoor landscaping is still being completed. The yard has been leveled and prepared, but grass and some exterior finishing works are scheduled for a later stage. This does not affect the apartment itself, which is fully completed, furnished, and ready for a comfortable stay. No shoes inside the apartment. No parties, events, or gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment (no extra visitors or overnight guests). No smoking inside the apartment. Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00. Please wash used dishes and take out the garbage before check-out. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15 per pet/night. Guests must clean up after their pets. Please do not move furniture (except chairs). The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. Extra bedding, linen, and towels provided for registered guests are stored in the apartment for use as needed. Additional towel sets used: €10/set. Additional bed linen used: €10/set. Damaged items requiring replacement will be charged accordingly. All guests are required to submit their information for registration with local authorities, in accordance with Lithuanian tourism law.
