We had a wonderful time at this house. It was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed having the big community pool as well as our own pool. It was a little walk to the beach.

Dazzling Dunes

The place was amazing! Very clean and organized. There was 10 of us and we had plenty of room throughout the home. The house was well decorated very pretty. All the kids enjoyed the play areas and the theater room. The pirate room was a big hit!!!👍 The heated pool is a must. We would come back and stay.

Perfect Place for vacation!

The location was perfect! The place was exceptionally clean and conveniently close to Disney. The amenities were also fantastic. I would definitely choose to stay here again and we will surely be back!

Comfortable Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful place. The neighborhood was absolutely stunning, with a lovely park nearby. We were so comfortable during our stay that we would definitely choose to visit again in the future.

A little disappointed....

Upon arriving the door lock was stuck, CS did someone over right way to fix. Walked in and the excitement quickly turned to disgust. The house was not clean properly. The floors were filthy, some bathrooms werent cleaned properly. Hair, dirt, etc still on the floor and in the shower. The fans had dust caked on the blades. The movie room chairs had crumbs, spills, etc on them. The outdoot furniture is covered in dirt and mold. It put a damper on the trip. CS sent the cleaning crew back the next morning who didnt even address all the areas and the areas they did reclean it was subpar. Not all the amenities being advertised are available. I wont be booking with Villatel again.

Melbourne Beach

The location to the beach and the Club pool were great. We were settled right in the middle and were only about 1/4 mile from both. The house provided all the space we needed for the kids and adults to be able to play and each have out own space. The beach is beautiful and not at all crowded. The only negative is (although the kitchen is beautiful) their weren't enough or even large enough pots and pans to make breakfast and dinner. It would be helpful if they added a second smaller fridge outside for drinks as well. I definitely recommend this house for multi-family or multi-friend getaways. We had a fantastic time.

My stay

The home was beautiful. The pictures are accurate. The main door opens outward so we had difficulty opening the front door. Some of the beds looked as if someone was on them. Did not appear clean. I reported that but no one ever came to clean but they did supply towels because we did not have enough. Under the seats of the movie room where dirty so when we reclined the seats popcorn and chips came from under the seats. The TV in the great room did not work. Only room for two cars. This is a huge home that holds 16 guests. It says parking additional parking in walking distance. That is 1 mile away. Very dark area. A public parking for the beach. No lights and unsafe. Also issues with the freezer not getting cold enough.

Not handicap accessible

The house is listed as wheelchair accessible but there is a step at every entrance to the house. There is no roll in shower. Aside from that inconvenience the house was great for my extended family. It was clean , spacious, and close to the beach.

Amazing house, but be prepared to buy supplies.

The booking process was simple, good communication from the property manager, though booking 30 days in advance and being told it was a "last minute reservation" seemed a bit odd. The gate access code we were given didn’t work and we never did get the correct one provided, but the exit side of the gate was always open so we used that. The code on the front door didn’t work so I had to call and get a new one, not a big deal. The house itself is amazing!! Tons of room, lots of things to do, very nicely designed, comfy beds. A couple odd things - the propane ran out about 5 minutes into grilling and we were told we were responsible for filling it up. After explaining that it was essentially empty when we got there, they delivered a new tank the next day. The light/fan in the master bedroom seems to be on the same frequency as another in the house because the light kept going on and off, we never did figure that out. The lamps in the master had no light bulbs. And be prepared to provide your own trash bags and toilet paper. Not a big deal, just be aware of it up front and you're fine. It sounds like im complaining a lot here, but we own a VRBO and use them often when we travel, and we are used to individuals owning them instead of big companies and the service is a little more personal in those instances. This home is owned by a big company and it shows. Again, not a bad thing, really, you just need to be prepares. Overall we we happy and would stay here again for sure!

The house was beautiful for our week away from home. Space is great for my big family. The pool is great, especially after a long day at the beach. beach was only a couple min walk which wasn’t bad. Casino room was a nice addition. Can’t wait to book again!!!

Peaceful and brand new!

Peace + nature + luxury + beauty; all in one place. This brand-new house is ideal for a short stay. I must say the house does justice to the price point. From cleanliness to maintenance, every feature was on point! 10 on 10 for the house. The beach, restaurants and shopping points are near to the house!

Perfect stay near to beach!

5 stars to this awesome house! If I were to recommend a vacation home to anyone, I'd recommend this one a hundred times. It made my all-girls trip very special and memorable. My friends and I were visiting from a different country so we were super cautious about the safety of the place, and this place proved to be more than perfect. We made amazing memories here. The kitchen was also perfect for our ladies to cook together, and we could easily buy all the stuff we needed from the nearby supermarkets. All in all, this house made our trip 100 times better!

Outclass! Close to beach!

Simply mind blowing! This was a dream-come-true vacation home for me and my family! We all have a taste for modern looking luxurious homes and an undying love for nature, and this house was a killer combo of both. My wife and I loved the bed bath, and the arcade was a personal favorite of my elder son. The ship style-themed room proved to be a great spot for taking aesthetic pictures for my daughter. And oh, how can we forget the super-comfy theater, where we made unforgettable memories together and enjoyed family time. It also has a clean pool and if you're not a pool person (like me) the beach is at a walking distance from the home, and we couldn't be happier! This home is undoubtedly the best vacation home we ever experienced.
