Condo confortable de trois chambres et deux salles de bains situé à Melbourne FL. La piscine est juste à l'extérieur de l'entrée arrière. Cette maison peut accueillir six personnes avec un lit queen-size dans la chambre principale, un lit double dans la deuxième chambre et deux lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. Le WiFi est disponible, alors profitez de votre maison loin de chez vous.

Le condo est situé à proximité du Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), du parcours de golf Mallard, d'excellents restaurants, des plages et d'autres attractions. À environ 10 minutes de l'aéroport de Melbourne et à moins d'une heure de l'aéroport international d'Orlando et de Walt Disney World. Unit was a good size and location was good. Place was clean. Beds were very uncomfortable, too soft. Sectional furniture was very low to the floor and difficult to get out of. We are seniors.

Fun Month in Melbourne

We had a great month in this condo! Location was walking distance to many stores, fast food and shops. Close to golf course and park also. Mavis and Jennifer were easy to communicate with. We used pool almost every day. Just a drive over the causeway to beaches. Thanks for the great stay!

Truly a Cozy Condo

The Cozy Condo is a clean, lovely and convenient spot. We were in Melbourne to be with a family member for surgery at Holmes Memorial Medical Center and the Cozy Condo was not only convenient to restaurants and shopping but was close to the hospital as well. This worked out very well for us. The host, Mavis and contact person. Jennifer were very accommodating and helpful.

Girls weekend getaway

The condo was clean and accommodations worked well for our weekend. Close to retail and beaches. Nice fridge with Ice/Water machine. Leaving goodies and water for guests was a nice touch. Pool outside condo was okay but unfortunately 'under maintenance' while we were there. Nice to have kitchen supplies, cooler, lawn chairs, beach items to use. Some areas of condo could use updating - patio doors and some bedroom furniture. Having kleenex and soap in both bathrooms would be a nice touch too.

Comfy, cozy condo

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this comfy, cozy condo. The owner, Mavis and manager, Jennifer were so responsive. Cable went out and they immediately contacted the cable company who came out and fixed the problem on the pole outside the development. I also locked us out of the condo. Jennifer was understanding and made immediate arrangements for me to get another key. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed. One minor thing I would change is that the high top table and chairs were rough for our group of seniors. The condo development was quiet and near stores. We did use the coin laundry twice. The first time it was very dirty but the had been cleaned up when we used it the following week. We loved the Melbourne area. We dined out in amazing restaurants; Polish, Italian, seafood, Irish and even a french cafe. All were excellent. We loved the waterfront restaurants that are everywhere in the area. We enjoyed the German food and music at Heidi's Jazz Club and even went to see a play at a small theater in Cocoa Beach. Beaches are very close and just amazing. Overall, great vacation. Thank you Mavis and Jennifer.

The condo was as advertised. It was clean and well stocked. Easy communication with property.

We appreciated the clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Seriously. The snacks left for us were a happy surprise. Our neighbors were quiet. The livingroom couch was very comfy- the only thing lacking was a throw to snuggle in while watching cable TV. :) The closet had plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels. Nitpicky things that you might care about (or not, we didn't.) The bathroom fans are loud and come on with the light switch. Middle of the night bathroom use can be disturbing to housemates. The fridge and AC were also loud when they came on. We are hoping to reserve again.

We were in town for a softball tournament. We loved this cozy condo. Ms. Mavis was very helpful from the beginning. At arrival Ms. Jennifer had muffins, water and soda there for us. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The outside does not do the inside justice. Very happy with our stay and assistance from both the owner and management.

Lots of room, cozy and Jennifer is the best.

We enjoy our stay at the condo. We were there for over a week. There is Lots of room with wifi included. It's a ground floor condo so there are no stairs which is great. One thing that they do not have is a bbq. But Jennifer was awesome. We had a very late check in, she made sure we had coffee, muffins and orange juice for the next morning. If we had questions, she always had the answers. The pool is not heated but it was great to have there. Thank you for all your help Jennifer. We will defiantely be back.

Love Florida's beaches!!!

The cozy condo was very clean and welcoming. Our host was very friendly and checked to see if we needed anything. I might recommend that the mattresses be updated. We enjoy visiting the Melbourne area. We would come back when we are in the area.

Pictures were deceiving!

The cozy condo was a good location for our needs. It was a good size for our group. The pool was clean and nice but there were no chairs or furniture. Mavis left us some good muffins and tea, nice touch. The property was in very rough shape! The tennis courts looked unusable. Numerous sprinkler heads were broken off and there was flooding everywhere, including right outside our patio doors, every day. Plus, the water reeked like rotten eggs. We couldn't enjoy being outside until it dried up. There was never anyone in the office and it looked like it had been ransacked. The coffee pot was kind of scary, and it overflowed. The whole condo seemed pretty tired. Needs some attention to details! It would be nice if there were some lounge chairs to take to the pool. A small bistro set for the patio would also be a nice addition.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Its was close everything and its in a quiet neighborhood. The bed were so soft and everything was clean. I would recommend that you into maybe purchasing a play pen for babies for them to play or sleep in so they wonr have to sleep with their parents

perfect size, clean, well equipped

I stayed at the condo with a friend and my 2 teenage daughters. It was the perfect size for the four of us. We spent most of our time at the beach, but the condo was nicely equipped to prepare breakfast and lunches to carry along with us. We rested well in comfortable beds and the complex was fairly quiet. We did not use the pool, but did talk to neighbors there about local places to try. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the complex was dirty and run down (although a crew was painting the buildings while we were there). If we were to return to Cocoa Beach area, I would stay here again.

Perfect size for the amount of people in my travel party pluse extra room to spare.

This Cozy Condo was the perfect size for me and my family. We traveled down to Cocoa Beach for AAU basketball nationals and although the condo wasn't in Cocoa Beach it was only a couple minutes away from every gym that hosted an event. I would recommend this spacious and comfortable condo to anyone.

Excellent Accommodations

Excellent accommodations, especially for a family with children at various ages. The three bedrooms are perfect, especially with one of the rooms with the two small single beds just suitable for the younguns! We were very comfortable and loved the fact the swimming pool was just outside the back door...and that the apartment was on the bottom floor. :)

Quiet and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Condo. It was convenient to the family we were visiting and the beach. We were only about an hour from Orlando, so we were able to visit some sites there. Will probably stay here again if available.
