Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
For the record, I have to say our experience here has been somewhat disappointing.
On the provisions front, the space has a range of missing items. Just for starters:
- foremost, regardless of the remote-device setting, we cannot sufficiently heat the space. The wall heating device won't heat above what feels to be 19 degrees (or lower). We've been subsisting in the space in jumpers and jackets the entire 3 days we've been here.
- tea towels - none!
- oven trays, none, so we don't leave the oven amess with basic cooking
- no extension cords or power boards to serve the provided bedside lamps or much needed device charging
- insufficient towels required for a one-week stay
- a laundry machine that takes 4hrs for a standard load which also doesn't function as stated on any other setting
- a faulty shower head which also sprays water all over the bathroom floor ... with only one tiny floor towel provided
- no bath plug
Re: communications to host:
- no clarity on how to contact the host let alone response expectations
- an ambiguous email reply option that offers no clarification on responce/action timeline.
- On offering my private phone number to expedite communications, no sms message was received
- only one email reply was sent by the host which I only found in my spam box by chance. No subsequent email messages by me were responded to by the host.
We expressed the above to the host three days in to a one week booking with no responce since.
