« Very nice place, amazing view and easy to reach by. Lovely stay if you want to visit CAIAZZO The price is great for the experience, I gave 4 star instead of 5 due to the furniture bad shape »

« There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion. »

« The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there. The owner rarely acknowledged guests, but readily lectured them, made loud phone calls near guest rooms and crossed supposedly private terraces. These terraces were also continuously monitored by cameras. The key card failed repeatedly; after the second failure, our calls and...

« The accommodation was spotlessly clean, really spacious, and with a comfortable bed. It was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and had two balconies with good views. The host was just as wonderful, always available if needed and went out of her way to make us feel at home and bringing breakfast in the mornings. Would definitely recommend. »

« Location was great, staff were very friendly and accomodating great place to stay. »

« Nice business hotel, clean and well located in town »
