Memphis Stay

Not a bad price on a decent apartment. Place was clean and mostly furnished with what one would need. The main TV in the living room was not working and one of the two bedrooms did not have a TV at all so that was a bit substandard. Overall a nice place is a not so nice city.

Better than a hotel

Nice to have a bathroom off each bedroom. Kitchen and full size fridge is handy with keeping leftovers.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay in downtown Memphis. The location was good, however, the parking across the street in the garage was not convienent. Also, it was kinda dark inside all the time. It did have a pretty good stocked kitchen.

Loved our apartment in Memphis

This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was ideal for my mother and me. It was very safe and in a good part of town. There was plenty of room and it was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Having a door code instead of a key was very handy. Just remember to turn the handle up instead of down! We made the most of our time in downtown and visited Walgreens just down the street, and all the nearby sights and restaurants. The Brinkly Plaza Garage behind the building was ideal, very secure and only $10 a day. I would recommend staying at this lovely apartment.

Had a great stay had very detailed instructions however the most important was missing. Would be nice to inform people the door only opens by lifting the handle upwards. We tried multiple times the normal way by pushing the handle down until we realized it opens the opposite way.

Friends Getaway

My friends and I did a long weekend in Memphis and had a terrific time. Our accommodations were in a convenient location and the amenities in the unit were just what we needed- clean, spacious, very comfortable!

Weekend in Memphis

Property as described & great location. Saw mentions of noisy bedroom or hard to sleep bc lack of windows in them, but thought it was some of the best sleep we’ve had Only suggestion would be maybe board/card games for downtime/late night Wonderful spot!

Renter Beware!

This property is owned by a corporation, and I went through quite an ordeal getting vetted. The apartment itself was clean, ysterile. My daughter, my wife and I all got bug bites from staying there. The company, Abode, and VRBO refused to take any responsiblitiy, (When I called VRBO, the phone attendant said they would call back, but never did). Stay far away from this property and any other that has Abode as its owner. For that matter, I recommend staying away from VRBO as well given the unresponsive service I recieved.

Short stay in Memphis

We came to Memphis for a short visit right before the Thanksgiving holiday. The apartment was nice, spacious and clean. The communication with the host company was very easy and they were helpful and responsive. The location of the apartment was good, a short walking distance from Beale street, FedEx Forum, and many restaurants and bars. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Lot's of Rules -But, nice place and would stay again....

Even though there were lots of "rules/requirements" our overall stay was great. I've never had to provide so much information before. I want to think the focus was on security and them making sure they had the right people and would actually get paid...

Good choice

The apartment was clean, spacious, and within walking distance for many places we wanted to see and also restaurants to go to. Our only complaint was that the persons in the apartment above us played loud music until midnight which is against the rules and again at 5 AM. But overall it was a great, comfortable place to stay. Would recommend it and the managers always answered our phone calls, but at times there was a long hold time, at other times very short.

Great location

First time visit to Memphis. Perfect location, close to trolly, restaurants and stores. Clean modern apt, comfortable bed and nice linens. Only con was there were only 3 chairs at the table and 3 bar stools at the island so a group of 4 couldn’t all sit together at the same level. Other than that it was great.

The apartment has no central bathroom. If just two couples stayed it would be fine but not comfortable for six people. No TV in one bedroom and very poor wifi connection in the other bedroom for the TV. The bathrooms were not very clean and there were dirty towels and linen left in the closet. They did offer to send in a housekeeper to address that. We did enjoy the fact we were close to the trolleys.
