„We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. „I absolutely loved my stay at this property. Upon my arrival, I was concerned about the noise level since I was right off a main road. I can say that it was never an issue. I had the most peaceful quiet rest. Bed is so comfortable. Very clean unit with a spacious kitchen and nicely decorated. I lacked for nothing. Only about a 6 min drive from downtown. I would love to stay again.“
