Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – man merkt, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt an jedes Detail gedacht wurde. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug, um Tagesausflüge in die Highlands, nach Stirling oder Perth zu unternehmen.Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Wohnbereich mit Blick ins Grüne sowie der kleine...

« Très belle maison spacieuse, propre, avec une literie confortable et une cuisine bien équipée. Les vaches dans le champs d’à côté ont bien occupé nos enfants. Belle vue des chambres. Pratique pour visiter Édimbourg, Glasgow et le château de Stirling. Propriétaire très sympathique. »

« The host, Dawn is very welcoming, he helped us with the late check in and even gave us a small basket of food for the morninh after. The cottage is precisely as advertised, clean, and spacious. It is not far from the airport nor Edinburgh center (30 mins drive) and is located in a nice village with grocery shops at 5 to 10 mins walk. We highly recommand you booking it for your visits. »

« We enjoyed our stay, the cottage was clean and modern with lovely views. Worked as a good base to visit Edinburgh, Sterling, Falkirk, St Andrews & Kinross. »

« This is a 2-bedroom lodge with a kitchen/living area and bathroom. It is in a community of several lodges, some holiday lets, and some homes. The lodge had everything we needed for a 6-day stay. We found exactly what we needed for day-tripping and we would return if we were back in that area »

Only issue was high back chair that was damaged with no note to say it had been noticed and or reported, we emailed Cottages.com but no reply ! Our dog loved the garden, Coorie by the sea for doggie breakfast. we will certainly return again soon & Thank you »

« What a beautiful cottage, in a wonderful country !! It was a pleasure to stay a few days in this lovely house surrounded by rabbits, deers and goses running in the fields. Spaceful, warmy, and peaceful cottage. Our children appreciate to play outside in the garden. Superbe maison au milieu des champs, dans un endroit des plus calmes. Notre petit jeu consistait à compter les canards sauvages, les lapins et les biches courant à travers champs. La propriété se trouve sur un terrain clos, mais...

« The modern kitchen, beautiful grounds and historic stairways and rooms were so clean and comfortable for us. I was impressed because it’s not easy to keep such an old property in such a clean condition! I even had a bath one night. We loved exploring the woods and small stream around the house as well as getting out to other spots around Scotland. The house was out of the way but easily accessible even for those used to driving on the other side of the road! Loved our time here. Only downside...

« The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them! »
