« Populus Seattle is an EXCELLENT stay located in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle. While Populus opened in Spring 2025 and is extremely clean and hip, the hotel is set in a structure originally built in 1907, which adds a unique vibe to the space. The entrance really unites you with the outdoor space of the PNW as you pass by trees and plants in the entrance of the hotel and foyer.
