Whether you're chasing waves at Cocoa Beach, catching a launch from Kennedy Space Center, or simply unwinding after a full day out, this home gives you the room and comfort to do it well.

 

Living space

The main living area is open and relaxed, with a TV and ceiling fan to keep things comfortable during downtime. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to get something done between adventures, and the single-level layout means easy movement throughout the home for everyone in your group.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sleep up to six guests comfortably. The setup works well for families, friend groups, or a mix of couples traveling together. Extra pillows, blankets, bed linens, and hangers are provided, along with clothing storage in each room so you can actually unpack and settle in.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals and morning routines. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker ready to go - along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, and baking sheet. A dining table gives the group a proper place to sit down and eat together.

 

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms mean no one's waiting around in the morning. Both are stocked with the essentials - hot water, shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and cleaning products - so you can travel lighter and still have what you need.

 

Outdoor & practical

Step outside to a backyard with open green space, ideal for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. A BBQ grill is available for cookouts. The large driveway fits up to four vehicles, which makes logistics simple when the whole group drives in together. A washer and dryer are on-site, and the home has a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock - so arrival is smooth no matter when you land.

 

Location

Merritt Island sits at the heart of Florida's Space Coast, with Cocoa Beach a short drive away and Kennedy Space Center close by. Local dining and shopping are easily accessible, and the residential setting keeps things quiet between outings. Pets are welcome, so the whole crew - four-legged members included - can make the trip.

Having a car is recommended for this location. The home offers convenient driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, and you’ll find that most attractions, beaches, and restaurants are just a short drive away.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
