« Such a lovely property, in a beautiful building, beautiful area, and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spotless and tidy and the beds, comfortable. We can't recommend this property enough. The only slight sadness is that the bathrooms are so small (can't be helped) and the main room doesn't serve breakfast. While it is offered in bedrooms, the common room on the ground floor is beautiful and larger, with the perfect table to invite people to greet one another and build community. »

Bar and restaurant are both beautifully designed with many references to the building's historic past. The food was excellent also. »

« The bedroom is really comfortable, the breakfast is delicious (I finally tried the typical English one), the hotel is very close to St David's station (less than 5 minutes walking in the rain and carrying a heavy luggage), and also to the city center. The bathroom was shared with one another bedroom, but it was cleaned quite often. »

The manager take the right to enter in your room while you are naked to take you out of the room even if the front desk agreed to give you a late checkout at 12:00. Police has to come to fix this situation. WHERE ARE WE TO PROCEED LIKE THIS IN A 4 STARS HOTEL IN 2023 ? No Apologies from anybody. We are still waiting the full remboursement of the reservation. »

« Strange checkin process, reception is at the Hub not in the Hotel, I may have missed communication on this but a lot of walking about just to check in Car chargers need bettering, current type have no instructions and no staff (5 of them) knew how they worked or more importantly released the cable! »

« Myself and my partner stayed for 2 nights, on the first night with were arriving at 8.10pm just after the kitchen normally closes. We rang up and nothing was too much trouble, we preordered over the phone and they held off on preparing our meal until we arrived. Food was amazing and we had a lovely few drinks in the pub which has such a warm atmosphere. Our room was lovely, we particularly enjoyed the log burner, and was a great size. A great stay, we would definitely come again! »
