„Organized and the rooms are really great“

„Loved this place. Very unique location. However ensure to go to Padre Burgos town and take a boat to the resort. If you drive to resort, you won't have opportunities to book boat tours at the resort. The staff was very helpful in accommodating whatever we were interested in eating and dealing with food allergies. They have kayak for rent to go out in the water. Communication is lacking pre-arrival as the booking agency is not responsive by messaging and phone.“

„Good location but poorly sign posted - took me a while to find. Average room - clean but pretty basic. Hot water was unreliable“

„We really enjoyed out stay. The room was comfortable albeit a bit small if you want to open your suitcases. We slept well and it was quiet in the evenings. The rooftop bar has a nice view. The only downside was breakfast. There was not a lot of choice. Next time we would eat out since there a enough lovely cafés within walking distance.“

„The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff made you feel at home and very helpful about restaurants, clubs and events in the hostel and surrounding areas. I was sad to leave after experiencing such excellent service. There were events daily ,rooftop bar and restaurant all in one. I would definitely recommend this place.“

„need to improve the room“
