The whole apartment is yours: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the den, the kitchen, the living and dining room and the private balcony.

The security guard lets you into the building, and the elevator goes from the ground floor to the apartment. A smart lock with your own personal code opens the door, so you can arrive any time after check-in.

Roma Norte is one of Mexico City's favorite neighborhoods: tree-lined streets, Art Nouveau mansions, galleries, cafes and some of the best restaurants in the country.

• Avenida Alvaro Obregon, the main dining and nightlife strip: 10 min walk

Getting Around:

You do not need a car. Metro Hospital General (Line 3) is an 8 min walk and Metro Centro Medico (Lines 3 and 9) is 13 min. Most of Roma Norte and Condesa is walkable, and rideshare is quick and cheap: the Anthropology Museum is about 9 min by car and the Zocalo about 8 min. The airport is about 7 miles away, roughly 16 to 20 min by car outside rush hour. If you drive, 1 free parking spot is waiting in the building's garage.

• Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.

• Air conditioning is in all 3 bedrooms; portable heaters are provided for cool nights.

• Roma Norte is a lively city neighborhood, so some street and neighbor noise can carry at night; earplugs are provided in the bedrooms.

• Security cameras cover the building lobby and the hallway outside the apartment door; there are no cameras inside the apartment.

• A noise decibel monitor measures sound levels only (no recording).

• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM. No parties or events and no smoking inside.
