Stay in the heart of Polanco in a spacious, light-filled 3-bedroom apartment just half a block from iconic Masaryk Avenue. Designed by an interior designer, the home is full of color, personality and hand-painted murals, with 150 m² of space for up to 9 guests. Walk to restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets and Chapultepec Park, then come home to the comfort of a 24/7 doorman and everything you need for an easy stay in Mexico City.



The Space:

This apartment works especially well for families and groups of friends traveling together: there’s plenty of room to gather, but also enough space for everyone to have their own corner.



The social area is generous and comfortable, with a large living room and a dining table for 8—perfect for breakfast before heading out, ordering dinner in, or simply unwinding together after a day exploring Mexico City.



The sleeping arrangement accommodates up to 9 guests:



• Bedroom 1: one queen bed + one separate single bed

• Bedroom 2: one queen bed

• Bedroom 3: two queen beds



The kitchen is separate from the social areas and fully equipped for a comfortable stay, whether you’re just making coffee in the morning or preparing a meal at home. You’ll also have a private washer and dryer, especially convenient for longer stays.



Being on the sixth floor gives the apartment plenty of natural light, while the building’s elevator makes coming and going easy. There is one parking space for a regular car or compact SUV.



It’s the kind of home that makes traveling as a group easier: enough beds, a large table to gather around, comfortable common spaces, and everything you need to settle in and make Mexico City feel like home for a few days.



Guest Access:

Access & Important Information



You’ll have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout your stay. Upon arrival, a building security guard will welcome you and assist you with the initial access. Once inside, you’ll be able to enter the apartment easily and securely using the smart lock.



For security and registration purposes, we kindly ask that you provide a valid ID for all adults included in the reservation at least one day before arrival.



🚗 Parking: The parking area is exclusively suitable for compact cars. There is no assigned parking space. Please leave your car keys on the windshield, as the parking attendant may need to move the vehicle when necessary.

Other Things to Note:

Important information to know before booking:



There is no daily housekeeping, but you can arrange a cleaning if you’d like for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance. Also, some basic essentials, like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, are provided to get you started.



There’s a charge for any extra person not listed on the reservation.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.







A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



There are surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces. These cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure the safety of our guests.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the apartment, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1,500 MXN penalty.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially no loud music or noise after 10 pm or before 8 am, or face a $1,500 MXN fine. We must respect the neighbors.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID prior to arrival, at check-in, or anytime during their stay.

- Pets are not allowed at this property.
