Living and dining

Fully equipped: gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and coffee, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, wine glasses and cooking basics, plus a breakfast bar with four stools.



Bedrooms

The king bedroom opens straight onto the courtyard through floor-to-ceiling glass and has a wall of closets. The green and blue bedrooms each have a queen bed, and one of them opens through a swing door onto the hammock patio. Every bedroom has air conditioning, fresh linens and extra pillows and blankets; portable heaters are there for cool nights.



Bathrooms

2 full bathrooms with glass walk-in showers, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.



Families and long stays

Crib and high chair on request, an in-room safe and plenty of storage. Long stays welcome.

Guest Access:

The whole ground-floor apartment and both private patios are yours. Building staff will let you into the building, and you open the apartment door yourself with a smart lock; we send clear arrival instructions before your stay. You can drop off luggage before check-in and after check-out. Parking is free on the street; the building has no parking space for guests.



The Neighborhood:

You are one block from Parque España, about a 4-minute walk, in the leafy heart of Condesa. Parque México and the tree-lined Avenida Amsterdam loop are about 10 minutes on foot, with cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shops all along the way, and there is a small supermarket a few blocks away. Guests describe the area as quiet, safe and easy to walk with kids. Roma Norte's Plaza Río de Janeiro and the Ángel de la Independencia are each about a 25-minute walk.



Getting Around:

You do not need a car here; Condesa is made for walking. Metro Chapultepec is about 12 minutes on foot and Metro Sevilla about 15, and the Museo Nacional de Antropología in Chapultepec Park is about a 30-minute walk or a short ride. Ride-hailing cars are easy to find for trips to Reforma or the Centro Histórico. The airport is about 9 mi by car; allow extra time for city traffic. Parking is free on the street.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM; luggage drop-off available.

• The courtyard and hammock patio are open-air: in the rainy season (June to October) leaves can fall and the furniture can get wet, and mosquitoes can appear in the evening.

• The apartment shares walls with neighbors, so some sound can carry; please keep voices low on the patios at night.

• Security cameras are in the building lobby and outside the apartment door; there are none inside the apartment.

• The apartment is on the ground floor.

• Air conditioning is in the 3 bedrooms only, not in the living room; portable heaters for cool nights.

• The kitchen tap water is filtered and safe to drink.

• Free parking is on the street only.

• Crib and high chair on request.

• No parties or events; quiet hours 9 PM to 9 AM.

• No smoking or vaping inside. Only booked guests may stay.
