Great location, basic information lacking
La Condessa is a great neighbourhood, full of restaurants, shopping, parks and cafes.
The flat is smaller than it appears in the photos, about 400 sq. Feet I’m guessing. It is described as two bedrooms which is misleading. The main part of the flat is living room with open kitchen at one end, plus bathroom. The so called second bedroom is a small room with a sofa bed up two rickety , over grown with ivy, flights of stairs. These stairs also lead to a pleasant roof deck. This layout would not work for a couple with young kids. The upper room is too separate from the rest of the flat.
The check in process was very frustrating and took about 1.5 hours. The host would not send the two entry codes until the morning of our arrival. We received one code but the other in another PDF which was confusing.
The flat lacks a simple directory to explain the workings of the place, eg. turning on deck lights, operating washer, where to put garbage, etc. Also a guide and map of the area would have been useful.
The kitchen is poorly equipped. No real coffee pot,just a small nespresso with no indication where to get pods.
On the plus side, the king size bed is comfy, and location great and very quiet .
