The Space:

Boutique studio larger than our standard units, ideal for 2-4 guests. Features a king bed and sofa-bed available upon prior request (for 1-2 additional guests).



The private balcony faces outdoors — the perfect spot for morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine. It's one of the main differentiators of this unit.



Fully equipped kitchen . Spacious living area with room to work or host. The blancos are fresh and high quality. The unit has its own washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi,



Guest Access:

Building access with 24/7 contracted security. Elevator available for all floors. Included with your stay: one assigned parking space inside the building at no extra cost, and access to the shared rooftop with grill and tables overlooking the city.



You'll receive detailed check-in instructions before arrival. Unit access via personal code — no need to coordinate with anyone on-site.



The Neighborhood:

You're at one of the few points in Mexico City where you can walk to public transit or reach any trending neighborhood in under 15 minutes by Uber. The building's street is residential, one block from Paseo de la Reforma.
