« We stayed 3 nights and the place was great. Clean, both rooms offer Queen beds. TV in family room if you choose. We used the bbq on site and it worked flawlessly. Nice deck to sit, relax, read, etc. Lake is maybe 1/4 from the property. So you can walk or drive over.Beverly, one of the hosts who i cummicated with from start to finish was just super. « We attended an event at the Ironstone Amphitheater and this place was less than 10 min away. It is such a cute and cozy place with everything we needed. We enjoyed our coffee on the back deck in the morning and a family of wild turkeys visited...it was awesome. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Murphy's Sage House while in town for a friend’s wedding! The home was well-equipped with all the amenities our family needed, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks available for purchase via Venmo. The only minor issue was a strong odor upon arrival—possibly from nearby manure or animals—but after airing out the house and using some Lysol, it cleared up. Thank you for being such accommodating hosts! »
