The Neighborhood:

You're in Sunset Harbour on West Avenue - one of South Beach's most walkable, local-feeling pockets. South Beach and the sand are about a 10-minute walk east, and Lincoln Road plus the Sunset Harbour shops are roughly a 5-minute walk, so a car really isn't needed for day-to-day.



The food nearby is the real draw. Sunset Harbour regulars head to Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza and Sardinia for Italian, with Panther Coffee and Pura Vida close by for espresso and smoothies. For stocking the kitchen, Trader Joe's and Fresh Market are both a walk away on West Avenue - a favorite with guests. From here you're also well placed for Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the wider Miami Beach scene.



Getting Around:

This is a walk-everywhere location: Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour shops, grocery stores and the beach are all short walks, so most guests skip the car entirely. If you do drive, secured on-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee (arrange in advance) with an EV charger on site. Rideshare is quick and plentiful across South Beach. Miami International Airport is a straightforward drive to the west.
