Before I checked in I was contacted about payments that I had to resend via a link. When I checked in, there was no power to the room for the entire night. So I had to sleep with no ac and leaving my doors open to gain air. They were unable to switch my room because according to the front desk the room was operated by a third party. I contacted them and they basically told me they will not be able to do anything and sent a very poor response after I had been inconvenienced and had the worst night after a long flight. To add insult to injury, day two in the middle of the night, I was alerted by a big bang on my door. I hardly had time to change into a proper attire because they made it seem so very urgent. The security advised me the room was showing unoccupied and wanted to know my information. The elevator was a poor system for guests. Had to wait 20 minutes to get in and out the elevator. They overcharge for resort fees and parking. The entire experience was an absolute disaster. I would never recommend anyone to this place.
