This is a one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with tub and shower, one sofa bed in the living room, and a spacious balcony with incredible views.
Equipped with a washer and dryer in the unit.

A $35 per-day resort fee, paid upon check-in, is mandatory.

$56 Valet parking per day is optional. (A paid parking lot one block away from the building charges $24 per day or $6 per hour. )

Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. We will meet you at the door. Please let us know your ETA with anticipation to expedite check-in.

The front desk will charge $35 per day per unit and hand keys to the unit.

If you wish to check in between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., an extra $30 will be charged for late check-in.

For check-ins after 11 pm, an additional cost of $100 will be applied. Late check-ins after 11:00 PM are subject to prior approval and will incur an additional fee, as they require special coordination outside of regular staffing hours.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated under your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have completed our verification portal.

PROGRAMMED FUMIGATION
To ensure cleaning quality and pest control on all of our units, between the 20th and 30th of each month, we conduct a special pest cleaning on all of our units. This procedure is essential in keeping our units free of insects for all of our current and future guests, that`s why we ask to collaborate and give our team access on the designated day. This procedure is mandatory for all units and we expect your collaboration.
