Important Access Information

Guests use a physical key and a key fob for the amenities. The key must be picked up in another address nearby and returned after check out. The key fob will be in a lockbox inside the unit. The front desk is staffed 24/7. Packages can be delivered to the mailroom, reception, or Amazon Hub lockers, but ID is required for pickup. Large items are held for 3 days and regular items for 7 days before return to sender. Food delivery access depends on front desk authorization; otherwise guests must meet drivers in the lobby.

Parking

There is no on-site self-parking in the building. Residents may arrange nearby garage access through the Miami Parking Authority, or valet accounts may be available separately. Valet hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Other paid street parking options on the premises.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability and have an additional fee. Must be requested in advance. Guests who remain in the unit past 10:00 AM without prior approval will be charged $70 per additional hour.
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No Smoking | No Parties | No Pets at all or reservation will be cancelled without refund.
• The building is smoke-free in common areas, and violations may range from $100 to $1,000
• Luggage and grocery carts are available in the lobby
• Security cameras are located in common areas, and evening security is present onsite.
• Supplies Provided: A starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper (extras under the sink) and other basic items, is provided. Guests staying longer may need to restock as needed.
