Condo doesn’t look like the pics. The walls are dirty. Couch has a whole on it & old. The air conditioner wouldn’t go off it was 63 degrees when we got there causing us to sleep in our clothes & jackets. Not to mention they removed the damage fee then 2 weeks later they took the fee out my account bc of Mother Nature visiting a friend that was with me in which she went to the front desk asking them if they could remove the sheets & she get fresh sheets & that didn’t happen but then they hit me with STAIN ON THE SHEETS & TOWEL aka 250.. I called front desk about the charge asking so if my child dropped chocolate cake or ice cream on the sheets leaving a stain is that considered DAMAGE 250 & her reply was YES.. so ppl be mindful don’t make ANY STAINS not even a DIRT STAIN bc you will get charged 250 for ANY STAIN & they don’t come bringing sheets or housekeeper & they count towels. You bring 5 down & they count 5 going back to your room smh
