You should know before booking this property...
Owner: Is Global Luxury Suites, a large corporation. Your experience will be like renting a hotel room, but it's in a condo building.
Payment: Global asks for your credit card and bills you directly. Vrbo also charge their fee.
Your ID: you will receive a phone call & emails from Global asking for photos of your credit card, driver's license and passport. They gave me a 2 1/2 hour deadline in the middle of a workday. Not appreciated. They also photocopy your passport when you arrive.
Apartment: Is basic. You get exactly the number of towels of people staying and you can wash them if you want clean ones. Beds are relatively comfortable. Two of the blankets, and one towel had holes in them. Not so luxury.
Beach: Is right there and beautiful! Strangely, you have to walk through the parking garage to get to it or you have to exit the front door, and go around the building. Kind of weird.
Beach chairs: YOU GET 2. That's it. Four people in your suite? You get 2 chairs. Ask, beg, try to rent, complain...you get 2 chairs. I imagine a vrbo owned by an individual might put extra chairs in the unit, but Global clearly doesn't care to.
Bathrooms: clean and modern and basic. No shaving/make-up mirror.
A/C: It works...I shouldn't complain. But it cycles on and off all the time and makes a series of loud clicking sounds that will wake you up - even my heavy sleeper hubby did.
Overall: does the job. Don't expect luxury or extra.
