Guest Negligence: The Gale Hotel and Residences is not responsible for any losses due to guest negligence, including leaving room doors unsecured or failing to protect personal valuables. In-room safes are provided for guest convenience. Property Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by willful misconduct or negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, repair costs and lost business opportunities resulting from damage. Incidentals: Any charges incurred due to damage caused by guests or their visitors, including phone calls, pet damage, or missing hotel items (such as towels), will be billed directly to the guest. Lost and Found: Items turned into lost and found will be cataloged and stored for up to 30 days. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after this period.
