Guests enjoy access to the studio plus The Elser's shared amenities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center. On arrival, please stop by the front desk to complete check-in registration. The building offers elevator access and a private, secure entrance with a path to the entrance lit at night. Paid parking is available nearby, with a limited number of EV charging stations on a first-come, first-served basis. Full check-in and access details are shared after your reservation is confirmed and required forms are completed.



The Neighborhood:

You're in the heart of Downtown Miami, moments from the waterfront and some of the city's biggest draws. Stroll to Bayside Marketplace for shops, dining and bayfront boat tours, or relax in the green space of Bayfront Park. Sports and concert fans are close to Kaseya Center, and the Port of Miami is right across the water - ideal if you're catching a cruise.



From here it's an easy hop to Brickell's restaurants and rooftop bars, the murals of Wynwood, the Miami Design District's shopping, and the flavors of Little Havana. When you want sand and surf, South Beach and Ocean Drive are a quick ride away. Museums, waterfront paths and vibrant nightlife are all part of the mix in this energetic, walkable district.



Getting Around:

This central Downtown location is highly walkable - restaurants, shopping, nightlife and major attractions are within easy reach on foot. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are plentiful, and the free Metromover and Metrorail make getting around the urban core simple, so a car isn't essential. Paid parking is available nearby if you drive, including limited EV charging. Miami International Airport is a short drive away, and the beaches, Brickell and Wynwood are all a quick ride.

Balcony & Pool Area Rules

For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not throw, drop, sweep, or pour anything from balconies. This includes water, food, trash, bottles, glass, cigarette butts, or any other objects. Items falling from balconies can create serious safety hazards and may result in fines or other actions by building management.



Pool & Lawn Area Hours

Please note that access to the outdoor pool and lawn area is restricted after the following hours:

• Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 PM

• Friday–Saturday: 11:00 PM

These rules are enforced by building security. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests.



**Important Information Before Booking**

-Check-In: 4:00 PM | Checkout: 10:00 AM

-Late Checkout / Additional Cleaning: Available for an additional fee and subject to availability

-Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM; please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding residents

-Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited; registered guests only

-Pets: Allowed with prior approval and a $150 pet fee per reservation

-Consumables: Starter supplies are provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and toiletries. Additional supplies are available upon request for an extra fee

-Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a short-term rental agreement before arrival

-Verification: For non-Airbnb reservations, additional guest verification and a valid government-issued ID are required before check-in instructions are released

-Authorization Hold: A refundable authorization hold is required before check-in for non-Airbnb bookings. The hold will be released after checkout provided there are no damages, missing items, extra cleaning, smoking, or house rule violations

-House Rules: Please review and agree to all house rules before booking
