2. Dining and Nightlife: Taste Miami’s Flavors A variety of world-class restaurants and cafes, such as Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill and Coyo Taco, some vibrant bars and cocktail lounges to enjoy Miami’s nightlife and just a short walk to Midtown Miami, where you’ll find even more great dining options.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following house rules. To ensure an exceptional experience for all guests and staff, please read and follow the following house rules. #1: Before confirming your reservation, we require all guests to provide a photo ID. The person whose name appears on the reservation must be the person checking in and must be 21 years of age or older. # 2: No unregistered guests Our coverage states that only guests who have been included in the original Airbnb reservation reservation and previously approved by their Airbnb host can access the property. # 3: respect your neighbor While we encourage all guests to enjoy their stay, we ask that you be courteous and respectful to all neighbors and staff. # 5: Check-out is at 11 a.m. Our next guests will arrive at 3pm and we need enough time to prepare the space for them. Our dedicated cleaning crews start cleaning at 11am. Late check-out carries a surcharge. # 6: lights and air conditioning To conserve as much electricity as possible, raise the air conditioner temperature to 75 degrees and turn off all lights every time you leave the unit, even at checkout. # 7: Anything you wear, please return it Everything in the apartment is yours to use, we only ask that if you use or move something, please return it where you found it. # 8: no parties or events allowed Any unruly behavior or serious complaints will result in you being asked to leave. # 9: noise level We use safe noise monitoring technology for privacy in our apartments. They only monitor excessive noise levels and do not record types of sound or conversations, and are in place to help ensure you have a quiet and peaceful stay with us as well. # 10: Florida Statute 509.141 Sec. 2 and 3: (2) The operator of any public accommodation establishment or public food service establishment will notify said guest that the establishment no longer wishes to entertain the guest and will request that said guest immediately leave the establishment. Such notice can be given orally or in writing. If the notice is in writing, it will be as follows: “You are hereby notified that this establishment no longer wishes to receive you as a guest and you are requested to leave immediately. Staying after receiving this notice is a misdemeanor under the laws of this state. " (3) Any guest who stays or attempts to stay at said establishment after being asked to leave is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775,082 o s. 775,083. # 11: Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms Eating or drinking in bed can lead to accidental spills and additional cleaning fees. # 12: no smoking We are a smoke free building. Smoking is not allowed inside the units, on the balconies, in the common areas or in the amenities. Please respect this rule. Please note that if smoking is anywhere, an additional $ 300 cleaning fee will apply. # 13: no pets # 14: accidental breakage or damage Please let us know if something breaks so we can make sure it is replaced for our next guests. We will try to fix it, but if it can't be fixed we will ask for your help to cover the replacement. # 15: access to amenities On the sixth floor, you'll find our resort-style pool, fitness center, and BBQ grills, which you can access by reserving a time with the front desk. We provide pool towels inside the apartment for your comfort. If you take your towel to the pool, be sure to bring it back. Oh, and please no alcohol or glass containers in the pool. Accessible hours: Pool and BBQ Grills: Open from sunrise to sunset Multipurpose Room: Open from 9 am to 10 pm Gym: Open 24 hours # 16: trash Please do not allow garbage to accumulate, remove all garbage from your unit. Trash chutes are located on each floor at the end of the hall. # 17: Lost Key, Keychain, Parking Tag Be sure to return all key fobs, parking stickers, and key cards that were issued to you at check-in. In case you have lost any of the items, the cost of replacements is as follows: Key card: $ 100 Fob: $ 100 Parking sticker: $ 100 Overall, we want you to have a good time and treat our property as if it were your own. Always be courteous to your neighbors and respectful to the staff.
