Blue Havana Villa was designed for families and groups who want to stay together, enjoy private amenities and make the home part of their Miami vacation.

The private resort-style backyard is the heart of the property. Enjoy a saltwater pool with decorative waterfalls, an in-water sun shelf with loungers, poolside seating, tall privacy hedges and a covered gazebo. The pool has a maximum depth of approximately 5 feet.

The home includes:

Registered guests will have private access to the main residence, all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, swimming pool, backyard, gazebo, BBQ area, billiards table, private gym, laundry facilities and guest parking.

The home, pool and advertised recreational areas are not shared with other guests or the host. Self-check-in is available through a smart lock.

The property also contains a completely independent area that is physically separated from the main residence and is not included in the reservation. It has its own entrance and may occasionally be used by authorized individuals. It does not share the home, pool, backyard or advertised guest amenities.

One parking space remains reserved for this independent area. Guests do not have access to that space, maintenance closets or host storage areas.

Arrival and departure are self-service through a smart lock.

During your stay, you may contact us through the booking platform with questions, assistance requests or maintenance concerns.

We will respect your privacy while remaining available whenever assistance is needed.

The property is located in a residential area of Hialeah, offering the privacy, parking and space that large families and groups often cannot find in Miami’s busiest tourist districts.

The location provides convenient access to Miami International Airport, Hialeah Park Casino, Amelia Earhart Park, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shopping centers.

It also serves as a practical base for exploring Wynwood, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach and other South Florida destinations before returning to a private home with a pool and entertainment.

Using a vehicle is recommended to make the most of Miami and the surrounding areas.

The property offers free private parking for multiple vehicles belonging to registered guests. One parking space remains reserved for the separate independent area.

Guests have convenient driving access to the Palmetto Expressway and other major Miami-Dade roads. Uber and Lyft are widely available, and public transportation options can also be found nearby.

Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and essential services are a short drive from the property. Travel times may vary depending on Miami traffic, particularly during peak hours.

🔇 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
🚫 Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings and outside visitors are not allowed.
👥 Only registered guests included in the reservation may enter the property.
💪 The private gym is intended for guests 18 or older. Minors must be directly supervised by an adult.
📹 Exterior security cameras monitor only the entrance and parking areas. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.
🌴 Scheduled pool, landscaping or exterior maintenance may take place during the stay without requiring access to the interior of the home.
🚗 Parking is free for registered guests, except for one space reserved for the independent area.
