For the expense of this listing the amenities are lack luster. The property is located in a decent location to food and drinks. At first glance the property seemed very clean until we started looking around the floors were not very clean and stains of who knows the origin were being covered by the pillows on furniture. When we were getting ready for bed one night we found a used condom on the floor under the bed and no it was not ours. Beds were not very comfortable either.

Home from Home

We loved our stay!!! The only thing that we missed in this apartment was a sunrise or sunset…We loved watching the life going on on the Miami River, very beautiful. The location of the Icon is the best, you find everything in walking distance.Could be sometimes noisy…The staff was super friendly and the place is super cleaned all the time.

Outstanding unit! Frustrating building procedures

The unit is perfect. Impeccably clean, beautiful views, everything is new and works well. Even nicer than the pictures. The building procedures are quite frustrating. I value security highly but the processes in place were excessive. In addition to sending images of my drivers license in advance, my photo was taken three different times, each with a registration procedure that required a wait and various rules. Pool registration is 9-5 only. You can get to the gym without registering for the pool and scanning a QR code, and then registering again, separately, for the gym. I stopped by to register while it was raining and wanted to stand under an overhang, but the staff informed I couldn’t register from there because there are no cameras so it wouldn’t be on the surveillance video, which contributed to the feeling of extensive and intrusive security. We had 4 guests but could only get two key fobs. Etc. I had read this in reviews in the past but it is nothing like I have ever experienced at another hotel or rental. It is not the fault of the independent business that manages this unit. I loved the unit and value safety, but would not stay again due to the inconvenience and frustration. The hosts were gracious and very responsive.

Beautiful View, Wonderful Experience

The unit was phenomenal, clean, luxurious, and priced great! The host was easy to deal with. Check in was simple and effortless. The condo had everything we needed for a week long stay. The area was more than we expected. This city is layered like an onion, you just don’t know the depth of.it until you are standing in it. The city center is a 5 minute walk, same with Whole Foods. I’m a runner, the place had the most amazing terrain to run. All in all, the best vacation we’ve had to date.

My stay at Corner High Rise via Vrbo was excellent.

The apartment was clean, nicely appointed, and situated in a fantastic location. Check-in was effortless, and Kay met us promptly to facilitate our arrival. Access to the pool required a sign-in card and key fob, ensuring security and exclusivity. The highlight was the restaurant, which exceeded expectations with its offerings and service. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Spring break getaway.

I really thought this place was beautiful. The views couldn’t have been better. The fact that you could use all the amenities at the W, including the pool the cold plunge the hot tub the spa locker room made it even better.There was a running track outside the hotel that had lots of locals walking and running on. There were tons of restaurants. The brickle mall Had places to eat and just about any store you needed. They even had a dry bar where I use the service to get a blowout one night before we went out and that was also a great experience. It’s a small complaint, but my only one is that there’s a strange connection between the people that manage the pool and the people that manage the spa and sometimes you would give the card to get the towels for the pool but then you couldn’t go cold plunge Because you didn’t have your cards you’d have to go back and it was due to somebody’s stealing towels from the pool and taking them over to the spa or vice versa was the reason for the rules. I just don’t think towels are expensive enough for you to inconvenience your guests by playing this game with you had to go back and get the card that you gave up for the towels to use to get back in this spa and sometimes when you were out on the pool deck you would want to go and use the spa while you were already in your bathing suit. Also, based on what I looked at per night I feel like this place was very reasonable.

Such a Headache

Property is fine. The check in process is a major pain. Multiple text messages to meet a person, then building rules to agree to, then an amenities card to have printed out. Key fob only allows you to get to your floor and the pool floor. We had friends on another floor which made it difficult to go between each others rooms to talk or coordinate plans. Check out is fairly easy but the threat of being charged $200 if an image of key fobs is not sent seems over the top. Will just stay in a hotel next time.

Great stay 10min from Miami cruise port

My husband and I traveled with another couple to Miami for the weekend to see a football game and then board a cruise that Monday morning. The apartment was beautiful with amazing views, we were met with host’s representative in the lobby to assist with easy check in , she accompanied us to the room and answered any questions we had . The Miami Riverwalk was within walking distance of building & we enjoyed the walk . We needed to take 20-25min Uber to NFL stadium that dropped us off right near lot . Miami port 10min from building & Uber took us directly to our terminal for check in. My only complaints would be : 1) pool was not open as it was under maintenance & we were not told until our arrival but the host did make arrangements for use of pool at a hotel nearby . The weather was not favorable for extra efforts to use the pool anyway so it worked out & 2) I left 2 clothing items in closet and host wasn’t able to work out leaving my items on site for pick up at the time we returned to Miami for the cruise on Friday but she did arrange to have them mailed to me/ charged me shipping and service fee . Lesson learned . Overall , the 4 of us enjoyed our stay at the Brickell, would stay again & highly recommend this property .

I stay in this unit in late September 2023. The view of the place was wonderful, the place was clean. I’m giving my stay 3.5-4 stars/ 5 for several reasons. . All guest needed strong internet for meetings during the day (host notified in advance) but internet signal was weak in twin-bed bedroom (to the point the TV sometimes wouldn’t work in that room); the shower in the master and other room made a loud noise every time we turned on the faucet. It was so loud that we had to notify each other when we needed to turn on the faucet. None of the things above were actually fixed during the stay so we just made the best of it.

Great Spot

View amazing, location perfect. Modern, cozy and perfect for what we needed. Plumbing had issues but property manager offered to have it fixed immediately. I’d for sure stay there again. Building is interesting. ALL VRBOs and gets a little loud on weekends, but didn’t bother us too much.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This place is exactly as advertised. It’s also in a great location - 20 mins from MIA airport and 25 mins from South Beach. I’d recommend this for the group of friends looking for an elevated Miami trip who want the option of lounging by the pool, shopping, eating at swanky places, and want a good middle point between peace and quiet and South Beach.

Room with a View

The overall property is wonderful, the elevator can be a little busy but the building is very quiet. The unit is very clean, a bottle of wine upon arrival and it felt just like home. My emails were answered quickly and they checked on us just to make sure everything was ok! The views are spectacular and I just sat and watched the boats go by! LOVE IT

University of Miami parents weekend

Property is clean, beautiful views! Awesome pool area and restaurant on the 15th floor. Excellent communication with property manager. She was sweet. However, traffic is awful and way too far away from the University. My biggest and only complaint would be the parking situation and the amount of money we had to spend.

Stunning views in modern building

We loved the spacious apartment. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. My son enjoyed looking out at the skyline and counting all of the pools he could see from the windows. I love the hosts welcoming us with a chilled bottle of wine and water. Check in was super easy. The street right outside of the building is very busy and I didn’t expect that but once I got used to the city, I enjoyed stepping out each morning. The location is next to the top restaurants in the city and the fun brickell city center. We had a great stay.
