- **Resort Fee**: The building charges a $38.50 per day resort fee for access to all the amazing amenities, including the state-of-the-art gym, incredible pool.
** No pets allowed**: If you’re bringing a pet, please note there is a $100 building fee.
- **Spa Access**: You can enjoy the spa facilities with a $50 day pass, or the fee is included if you book a treatment.
- **Parking**: Valet Parking is $75/night, or $35 Parking Garage per day, Limited space available, Must reserve prior to arrival via payment link.
- **No Smoking**: This is a smoke-free building and unit. A $500 fee will apply if smoking occurs in the unit.
- **Registered Guests Only**: Only registered guests are permitted in the unit. If you’d like to have additional visitors, please clear it with the host in advance. No parties are allowed.
