Our stay was a mixed experience. We booked this house for a 4 night stay before going on a cruise. A big selling feature for us was the heated pool, but we never got to use it because the pool heater did not work. I reported the issue on our first day at the house. In fact, I reported that the pool heater still was not working everyday of our stay. Despite reporting it early, the heater was not fixed until the middle of our last day there and by that point it was too late for the pool to heat up to a warm enough temperature. Especially considering that the nights we were there were on the cooler side. The only other issue was that one of the beds had soiled sheets. We enjoyed everything else about the stay; we just wished they would've sent someone out to fix the pool heater sooner.
