Nice and well design place and affordable. The room is very small but cute. Nice pool and great area. Just no much services at the hotel (no real breakfast or lunch or diner)

They charged us with a bill that wasn't our. They were suppose to remove if from the total but they didn't. we have sent email, we have call and they did NOT help us. We even had to pay for the phone call since we are not from the US. Really disappointed, we have spend 1400 UDS for rooms and they don't want to do a refund for a mistake they made. In general it's a nice hotel. Food and beverage are really expensive (20$ USD for one tequila shot at the pool bar) .

L'hôtel est magnifique au niveau du design, autres que cela c'est un hôtel de party, aucunement relaxante. Je déconseille si vous n'avez pas l'intention de faire le party, si vous êtes en couple, c'est très "girly place".. Pour le prix je conseille vraiment de choisir un autre hôtel !!

Un motel et non pas un hotel!!!
Une catastrophe je viens de passer une semaine la bas à +2000€ et l’hotel ne change pas les serviettes, ne fait pas le menage et les chambres sont toutes petites et inconfortables. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hotel

Ridiculously small room, no view, no real service. Just a few criteria away from scam. Even at checkin, before anything, the receptionist apologized for the size of the room and for the misleading name give to room categories.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de petit déjeuner!
Hôtel très joli, très bien situé. Le restaurant est délicieux. Par contre pas de restauration pour le petit déjeuner ni le déjeuner en semaine!

We waited a long time for valet. There was no welcome reception as advertised. Pool was filthy and we couldn't swim in it. Requested a refund on the $45 resort fee. We were told the management would get back to us on that and they never did. Lots of promises and no follow through.

This hotel is by far the cutest one I’ve ever been too! I absolutely love it! My husband and I attended a pool party which we are probably too old for but it made for good people watching! If you want a more relaxing vibe by the pool I wouldn’t choose this hotel but other than that it was amazing!

SECURITY BREACH ALERT !!! Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights this week. Hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. However, a stranger came into my room at 2.14 AM (while I was sleeping). I was shocked, confused and nervous as I was traveling solo. Keep in mind, I even had the dead bolt turned down. Despite of that, he was able to enter my room. I was attending a conference at this hotel, and had to wake up early but sadly couldn't sleep well because of dealing with this security breach incident. I was uncomfortable and felt extremely unsafe for the remainder of my stay. Hotel simply acknowledged the situation and poorly explained a report they printed. Front desk staff was extremely rude and simply didn't care. I paid almost $800 for my stay. No compensation was offered to me, merely an apology!

Everything was great until i rented a bike from Zybra since the hotel gave me two hours for free. I went to a café with the bike parked it outside and someone stole it. The company is now charging me $800 for the bike and no one is willing to help dispute the charge. Very disappointed that i am being punished while on vacation for someone stealing a bike and having to pay more that i payed for my stay at the hotel for a few minutes bike ride.

Pros: the common areas of this hotel are nice, and the hotel is well located. Cons: We booked a king room which was advertised as 400sqft- this was majorly inaccurate. Our king room barely had enough room to walk around and lay suitcases. It was a cabin. We were moved to another room calling out the size of the first room, and were moved to another king (accessible) room. Definitely bigger, however extremely subpar, shower was not clean- hair in the drain, grimy and not stocked with basic items like a shower cap. If you stay here, do not have any expectations for the rooms- made our stay unpleasant. Thank you to Yara for trying to accommodate as best as she could, but again, the hotel rooms are incorrectly advertised and the rooms are not well maintained and feel dirty.

Staff wasn’t much eager to help, asked for room cleaning many times but no one came for 2 days. Room amenities- shampoo, body wash are of very cheap quality, hair got damaged. Rooms are very tiny. Location is good tho. Elevators are pre fast lol.

Love the Goodtime hotel! There was a party at the pool when I showed up and guests had access. Always a great place to stay and a great value. Rooms are small but the property makes up for it.
