The hotel was clean and the first night k stayed the desk was very welcoming. When I asked for the room to be looked at bc the ac was making a weird noise no one came. Which was fine I just didn’t use it . Then I asked if there was a way I could have a late check out and I was informed for a fifty dollar charge. When I asked if I could call down with an answer after I checked with who I was with the lady at the front desk made a face and then she replied yeah I guess. The hotel was nice clean and friendly the staff not so much.
