« This place was immaculate. I am a clean freak. It was stocked with everything we needed. Clean sheets/towels, kitchen basics, etc. Check in was a breeze. Communication was excellent. I loved the attention to detail and decorative motif. The beds were very comfortable. Although we didn’t use the fire pit, it was a nice addition. Outdoor space very was clean and neat. Even though not directly on the beach, access to water was approximately 200 yards downhill. No real beach there per se, but...

« Check in was super easy! Communication was excellent. Everything you could want in the kitchen area is available. Beds were very comfortable! »

« Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! »

« Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back. »

« We loved this property! It had perfect lake access, we brought our boat so it was wonderful to have a dock slip to keep it! We enjoyed the paddle boards and just hanging out on the deck swimming and enjoying the beautiful view! We made most of our meals in and there was everything we needed to prepare them. "Hôtel très récent, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner correct. Nous avons été bien accueilli, même si cet hôtel fait en sorte que tout soit géré à distance. Il y a donc peu de personnel, cela s’est ressenti dans la salle de petit déjeuner, qui aurait mérité d’être nettoyée. "

"The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."
