The Morrison Shorehouse is a large family beach house in Middleton, just a five-minute walk from Middleton beach.

Morning coffee on the balcony, a swim at the beach, afternoons of backyard games and barbecues, it’s an easy place to slow down and enjoy being together.



The Space:

The house is spread over two levels, which gives everyone plenty of room to spread out. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, along with the main living area, kitchen, powder room, and balcony. The balcony is a great spot for morning coffee or an afternoon drink, with a handmade bench and a glimpse of the ocean over the gardens.



Downstairs are three queen bedrooms and a fifth bedroom with two singles, along with the second bathroom. There’s also a second living area downstairs with a pool table, which feels more like a games room and is a great spot for the kids (or the competitive adults) to disappear to.



Outside is where a lot of the fun happens. The backyard has plenty of lawn and is set up with:

• Table tennis

• Bocce

• Darts

• Covered BBQ area with a TV and mini fridge

• Heated outdoor shower around the side of the house, ready for when everyone comes home sandy from the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Middleton is one of those Fleurieu beach towns where things still feel pretty simple. Big gardens, quiet streets and the beach close enough that you can walk down for a swim without thinking twice.



Morrison Shorehouse is about a five-minute walk from Middleton Beach, with the cafes, shops and bakery of Middleton close by. Port Elliot is only a few minutes down the road too, so you have plenty of options for a coffee, breakfast, lunch or a wander around the shops when you feel like getting out and about.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

This home is family friendly! Please note we do not have a stair gate at the property.

Sorry, no pets are allowed.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. There will be beach towels provided for your use! Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A downstairs queen bedroom will be locked and unavailable for use for bookings of 6 guests or less unless especially requested. There will be an additional cost.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
