« I booked for three nights but left after two. It was very basic budget accommodation and that was fine - financially it was a good deal. However, the hotel is situated on Bathurst Street, which is one of the city's traffic sewers. The windows are originals and provide no protection from noise. Hence I was awoken by very loud trucks both mornings at 4 am and could not go back to sleep. There should be a curfew on the wretched things but that's another story. The hotel should, however, provide ear...
