The second bedroom has a single bed with additional bed that pulls out from beneath it to make a double bed. The bedrooms share access to a bathroom with walk-in shower.

On the lower level guests will find a stylish and comfortable living room, furnished with an L-shaped sofa facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and gas fireplace. There is a dining area with seating for 4, and the second bathroom that offers a walk-in shower and washing machine. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils and appliances expected of a quality rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining.

Outside on the ground floor terrace there is an alfresco dining area and a gas BBQ for guests to enjoy.
