It was quite simple to enter the building, once we had arrived it was very easy to settle in. There were many impressive features such as the multi-directional shower. There were also some pleasing touches such as individual bags of shower gel and soap and I especially noticed the beautiful paintings above the sofa-bed.

The property is located relatively close to Milano Centrale Station and in a fairly good area. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end for us. Upon check-in, we found the toilet seat and kitchen sink to be unclean. We reported this to the property management via WhatsApp, and while they initially requested more information, we received no further response. The apartment was also extremely hot throughout our stay. There is only one air conditioning unit in the living area, and it was not functioning properly. With no blackout curtains, only sheer curtains and paper covering the windows, and external shutters the apartment became much hotter inside than the outdoor temperature of around 25°C during our stay from 3-6 October 2026. To reduce the heat, we had to open the windows, which resulted in our daughter being bitten by mosquitoes. Keeping the windows closed avoided this issue but made the apartment very uncomfortable due to the heat. The amenities included a washing machine with dryer, oven, cooktop and kettle, but there was no microwave. In addition, the property has strict waste-sorting requirements, yet the bins were not clearly labelled, making it difficult for guests to dispose of rubbish correctly. Overall, I am giving this property a **2-star rating** due to the poor hygiene standards, lack of responsiveness from management, inadequate cooling, and uncomfortable indoor temperatures when it’s only 25c, can’t imagine if it gets hotter than that

Mieszkanie w pełni urządzone. Pralka, zmywarka, komplet poscieli i ręczników. Wszystko w porządku. Czysto i ciepło. Bardzo polecam.
