Es wurde nicht das gebuchte Zimmer vergeben, es war jede Bewegung im Haus zu hören, Fenster undicht jeder lärm von außen war zu hören. Absolut keine Option mehr für uns als Hotel

Very hard to find. It’s a green door with a little hobbit door you enter through. I requested directions from the hotel three times and received nothing. It’s a full apartment, cute and old. The best thing was it had a washing machine, bring your own detergent. We hung our things to dry overnight and by morning they were good. It’s on a noisy street. It is very close to the main square. They had a concert the night of our stay and we could hear it. The pizza place on the corner is VERY good. If you are tired, they are close and have good food. Very convenient location to a lot of sight seeing. It wasn’t terrible, just looks like everything needs a good scrub down.

It was not what I was expecting. It was old - I kept getting kicked off the internet, the bed was broken, there was no iron, walls were extremely thin so you could hear people coming in and out all night long. There was no hot water. It was like something you’d see in the movie The Hostel. I’m not sure what the criteria is for hotels to be considered 3 stars on this site but it needs an overhaul 1.5 stars at best.

DONT BOOK IT !
Looks like a prison, everything is dirty, you can hear everyone either on the other side of the wall or outside, shady. Feels very, very unsafe. The guy is there only for a couple of hours. Looks nothing life the photos. As a female, solo traveler I did not want to stay even one night there. Thankfully I got a different hotel which by the way I recommend wholeheartedly (hotel Vittoria). If you’re thinking about booking this one because it’s 6 min from duomo, don’t. Other, much better hotels in the same price are just as close and are a lot better, cleaner and safer.

I liked it's location, right by tram, metro and the Cathedral. I didn't like the apartment tv didn't work and after complaining twice, nothing ever happened. Also, the wi-fi is totally arcane and unpractical. Be aware your phone wifi isn't going to work inside the apartment..

Llegamos más tarde para hacer check in y nos cobraron 30 euros por eso. Si me habían mandado un mail pero yo estoy de vacaciones y no estoy al pendiente del mail, porque mejor no hacen una llamada, además las llaves ya estábna ahí, nadie tuvo que ir a abrir la puerta ni nada.

This place is old so expect it wouldnt be as clean or nice as a 5 star hotel but its clean and near duomo and shopping its perfrct to go around and come home rest a bit and gonexplore again..no lobby to wait before 3pm but you can def leave bags beforehand there are cleaning people that can assist the bag dropoff.

Pequeño pero bien situado
El espacio está bien situado, y tiene una vista estupenda del Duomo de Milano, tanto de día como de noche, a través de una ventanilla en la cocineta. El baño está remodelado, muy bien equipado, ha sido lo mejor. El edificio es antiguo. La capacidad dice hasta 6 personas, sin embargo no hay comodidad pues el espacio es reducido. Nosotros éramos 6 y estuvimos apretados. La atención tampoco ha sido expedita al ingreso, no nos contestaban el teléfono para avisar que llegaríamos tarde pues el tren se retrasó 81 minutos. Eso sí, para cobrar la multa fueron rápidos. A la llegada dijeron que nos abrirían y nunca contestaron al avisarles como lo pidieron. Solo porque otros huéspedes salieron y nos dejaron entrar pudimos acceder al edificio y ya después al depto con las instrucciones enviadas por mensaje. Lo bueno es que a la salida nos resguardaron el equipaje hasta en la tarde.

To start off with, staff were only there from 3pm to 9pm so never actually saw them. Had to pay late check in fee in which we weren’t aware of. All in all the room was nice and was clean. We weren’t given a fresh toilet roll, we ultimately had to buy our own toilet roll because of the lack of staff to ask for it. In the 7 nights we were there no cleaners came in to give us fresh towels, fresh sheets, nothing. One night our electrics and water cut out completely, leaving our phones uncharged and no use of shower in the morning, again due to lack of staff, we couldn’t tell anyone.

Just Don’t
Don’t waste your money. This was worse than a seedy hotel. There was mold on the shower head. The room was so incredibly hot. It was loud and very uncomfortable. I woke at 4am to another guest on his balcony looking straight into my room. Save your money and find something else.

Terribile esperienza come poche mi erano capitate…le immagini della struttura sono totalmente false! Mi sono ritrovato in una minuscola stanza senza aria condizionata affacciata su una scala! Incontentabili. Alla protesta in reception mi hanno riprogetto i. Un attico vicino nel quale comunque mancava l’aria condizionata a Milano con 40 gradi. Pessimo non prenotare assolutamente

El alojamiento está muy céntrico (al lado del Duomo) y el personal es muy simpático (nos dejaron dejar las maletas durante el día que nos ibamos). A pesar de ser un edificio antiquísimo, estaba muy limpio y estuvimos muy agusto. Una observación : el check in tardío tiene un suplemento.

The room image and the actual hotel furniture is different. All furniture is IKEA and the bed actually has broken slats. Did not have the chance to complain. The staff only comes to check in the guest and disappear. We complain no heater and no hot water for shower. No reply and after we came back to the hotel, they fixed it but made us worry the whole day. On the first night no hot water at all. We avoid the shower Was very unconfortable. Lastly the late check in is after 930pm. The staff made up her own schedule 9pm and when we arrived before 930pm We were changed. However hotel policy on Expedia states 930pm. Unbelievable!

Near shopping area and Duoma do Milano likes hidden gem just walking distance. For us we arrived there at 4 pm but the not finished cleaning yet so we have to came back at 5 pm. Our room was huge even had underground room so fitted for 7 adults and 1 kid. We might come back.

It’s nothing you can like . It’s shithall . Just a multiple leaving house in terrible condition. Wind through the windows. Heating 1 h morning 1 hour about 7pm. Noise from grinder and hammer start at 6:50-7:00 you can hear the road traffic like is in your room all night. Terrible and disgusting place
