Sleeping arrangements:
This studio apartment comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the bedroom nook and a sofa bed in the living area. The sofa bed conveniently pulls out into a queen size bed and extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet. Note that this is a studio apartment so it does not have a walled off bedroom. See listing photos for reference.

- Forget downtown parking woes! Your stay includes one free parking space in a secured garage (the 5th Street Parking Structure) which has direct and enclosed access to the building
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$20/day, with increased rates during events
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 8`2` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
- Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau. If you park on the street overnight ask us for info on permits

Other things to note:
- Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. Please review our House Rules before booking as we reserve the right to end the stay without refund if House Rules are violated
- The apartment is directly across the street from Fiserv Forum which has a bright LED marquee sign. Some light will pass through the living room window, while the bedroom window has both a roller shade and a curtain to effectively block light
- There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the central location of the property. Disposable ear plugs are provided for guests just in case

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
