Sleeping arrangements:
The space comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed conveniently pulls out into a queen size bed and extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet.

Amenities:
Private balcony, smart TV, in-unit laundry, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, bar seating, dedicated workspace, fitness center, and community room with a kitchen, lounge areas, shuffleboard, pool table, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).

- All within three blocks: Third Ward shopping district, Summerfest grounds, the Riverwalk, coffee shops, and countless restaurants and bars

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free street parking spaces are available directly outside the building, with 2-hour time limits from 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. - For reserved parking, we recommend the SpotHero app as a convenient solution. The nearest lots are 1-2 blocks away, one at 178 N Jackson and the other at 417 E Menomonee (check SpotHero app for details)

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit

3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
